We stock all of our portable staging and accessories in our Blaine, MN warehouse and our goal is to never be out of stock on any item, but in the event you place an order and we are unable to ship immediately for any reason, we will contact you at the contact information you provided the next business day (see Warranty/Terms for exact shipping times). If for any reason we cannot ship your items ordered in two business days from the order date, we will offer you the option of waiting until that item is available or a complete refund. We also offer Hospitality products on this site and some of those items may not be in stock and need to be made to order because of color, but those items will clearly state the lead time if any. Most of our made to order items ship in a week or less, but if you have an immediate need for a made to order item, please contact us for assistance.
