Because of the weight of portable staging products, shipping costs are expensive, so please make sure before you click purchase, that the item and color are exactly what you want and need. Returning portable staging products is expensive for everyone, so you will want to avoid it if at all possible.

If you decide to return any of our crowd control items, you are responsible for all shipping charges back to Quik Stage. Any and all claims for returns must be made in writing within three (3) days of the receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and a return goods authorization issued. All returns must be in new, salable condition and in its original packaging. All returned goods are subject to a restocking charge of 30% that will be used to offset the cost of inspecting and repackaging the returned goods. No credit will be allowed until we have had the opportunity to inspect the returned goods for any damage or shortages. If we discover that the items have been used or damaged, we will contact you directly to discuss your options. We will process any returns and issue credit, if applicable, in 48 hours or less during normal business hours.
