Quik Stage Warranty, Terms and Conditions:

Most Quik Stage products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of shipment unless otherwise listed on a specific item. Please read each item or product description carefully for exact warranty terms for that product.

All Quik Stage portable staging products and staging accessories carry a 3-year warranty with the exception of our Weather Resistant Deck Surface which is one year. At its sole option, Quik Stage will repair or replace any defective merchandise during the warranty period. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied; including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchant-ability and fitness for any particular purpose. All such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed. Unless specifically agreed to in writing, Quik Stage will not be held responsible for missed delivery dates or the performance of third parties; including but not limited to, shipping companies. In no event will Quik Stage be responsible for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits.

Standard Shipping:

All items listed on this website include free standard or ground shipping in the continental US. Our goal is to ship the same or next business day on all in stock items depending on what time of the day the order is received. We stock all of our portable staging and accessories in our Blaine, MN warehouse and attempt to never be out of stock on any in-stock item. In the event you place an order and we are unable to ship immediately for any reason, we will contact you at the contact information you provided the same or next business day. If for any reason we cannot ship your items ordered in two business days from the order date, we will offer you the option of waiting until that item is available or issue a complete refund immediately. All made-to-order items will have a lead time as described in the product details. International Shipping:

Quik Stage's free shipping program only applies to shipments in the continental United States. Any orders to AK or HI or any international location will incur additional shipping charges which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact a Quik Stage representative to place any orders for shipment to AK, HI, or international. Our online software is designed not to accept orders from those locations, but if for some reason you are able to process an online order to those locations, we will contact you directly to obtain the additional shipping charges or to allow you the option to cancel your order and any payment received will be credited.

If you wish to place an order with shipment outside the continental United States, please contact a Stanchions Express by Quik Stage representative.

Damage Claims and Shortages:

All shipments on our Quik Stage online store ship for free and are included in the item prices listed. All claims for damage or loss during shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be made directly to the delivering carrier. If your products are damaged in shipping, and you are aware of this damage on receipt of the products, you must sign for the products as damaged or run the risk of having your claim denied by the carrier. Quik Stage will not be held responsible for any damage claims not signed for as damaged on receipt. However, in most cases, Quik Stage will assist you in filing a claim for lost or damaged products in the event of damage or loss, but at the discretion of Quik Stage. If, however, Quik Stage assists the consignee in filing a claim, it does not accept the responsibility for any damage and/or loss during shipping. Refusal of a shipment will be considered abandonment by the purchaser and will not relieve the purchaser of any of the obligations contained within this agreement. All charges paid by Stanchions Express for return freight and/or storage will be billed to the purchaser's account and be immediately due together with a 30% handling and restocking charge. If you choose to use your own shipping company or carrier, billed third-party to your account, you accept all responsibility of loss or damage and are fully responsible for filing any claims. The purchaser assumes the responsibility to thoroughly inspect each shipment before accepting it. If the purchaser or its designee accepts a shipment as complete and without exception, they will lose the ability to file a claim with the shipping company and/or Quik Stage , so you need to make sure that you or your designee inspects each and every shipment for loss or damage.

Return Policy:

Because of the weight of portable staging and accessories, shipping costs are expensive, so please make sure before you click purchase that the item and color are exactly what you want and need. Returning portable staging items is expensive for everyone, so you will want to avoid it if at all possible. If you decide to return any of our portable staging items, you are responsible for all shipping charges back to Quik Stage. Any and all claims for returns must be made in writing within three (3) days of the receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and a return goods authorization issued. All returns must be in new, salable condition and in its original packaging. All returned goods are subject to a restocking charge of 30% that will be used to offset the cost of inspecting and repackaging the returned goods. No credit will be allowed until we have had the opportunity to inspect the returned goods for any damage or shortages. If we discover that the items have been used or damaged, we will contact you directly to discuss your options. We will process any returns and issue credit, if applicable, in 48 hours or less during normal business hours.

Payments:

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Quik Stage accepts checks, wire transfers, ACH payments, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and any other form of payment listed on our web site. We no longer accept money orders or COD orders due to check fraud. All orders must be paid-in-full prior to shipping unless stated differently below. Please contact your Stanchions Express by Quik Stage representative with any questions or concerns.

Payments by Check:

Due to check fraud, if you order directly and choose to pay by check, your shipment will be held until your check clears our bank and funds are secured; that is, unless you are a past customer of Quik Stage with an approved credit history. No exceptions. This policy applies to all checks, personal, business, cashiers, or certified as they too now are subject to fraud. We do not accept money orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but it’s the world we live in these days, so we have no choice. Please contact your Quik Stage representative with any questions.

Payments by Credit Card:

Due to credit card fraud, if you order directly and not from our web site and pay by credit card, we now need your credit card number, expiration date, security code, exact name listed on the front of the card with middle name or initial (if one is listed), and the exact billing address where your statement is mailed to. If we do not have this accurate information, the card will be declined automatically by our processor, and your order will not be shipped. If you are using our online store to purchase, we confirm and verify all orders and credit card payments prior to shipping for your safety and security. We are often asked if we accept credit cards for shipments to foreign countries with them picking up at our facility, and the answer is no, again, due to fraud. Please contact your Quik Stage representative with any questions.

Government:

Credit terms may be extended to our government customers, city and state government, and the military, but at the sole discretion of Quik Stage per transaction. We must have an official signed purchase order that we can verify in order to accept terms for your security and ours. Please contact your Quik Stage representative with any questions.

Wire Transfers:

Quik Stage does accept wire transfer or ACH payments, and you will be provided with a special secure wire transfer account number at the time of your transaction for your safety and security, as well as ours. Please let your Quik Stage representative know if you would like to arrange a wire transfer or any other electronic payment.

Finance Charges:

Past due invoices and charges will be charged interest at the rate of 1½% per month. Invoices open for 45 days or longer will be considered delinquent and will be placed for collection. In the event of an account being placed for collection, the purchaser agrees to pay, in addition to the principal amount due, accrued interest, plus all reasonable collection costs incurred by the seller, including but not limited to, charges due to a collection agency up to 30% of the total outstanding balance. In the event of a legal action, the purchaser agrees to pay the seller's reasonable attorney fees and any additional expenses including, but not limited to, court costs. A charge of $35.00 will be added to the purchaser's account for any returned check.

Ownership:

All items purchased remain the property of Quik Stage until payment in full has been received by Quik Stage and all payments have cleared in full at our bank or credit card processing facility. In the event payments do not clear as described above and you are in receipt of our products, all products must be returned in their original condition at the purchaser's expense and are further subject to all terms and conditions listed in our terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction:

This agreement is governed under the laws of the State of Minnesota and legal action taken under this agreement shall be in the Circuit Court for Anoka County, Minnesota or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Minnesota.

This agreement may only be executed by a person with the authority to do so. By placing an order with Quik Stage, either online, by phone, or any other means, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms contained within this agreement.
